Contraception
What is the temperature method for preventing pregnancy?
The temperature method is when a woman is required to take her temperature every morning and compare her temperature every 6 days. Usually the temperature only increases by a little, when this is so the woman is not likely to be fertile at that time. Temperature taking should be done before the woman eats, drinks or smokes for a more accurate reading.
