By using www.sexclinicmalta.com ("the Site") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

Each of our practitioners works within their own scope of practice and to the professional and ethical standards of their regulator or professional body in Malta.

The Site publishes educational sexual health content: question and answer articles, research summaries and related resources. It is free to read and requires no account.

The Site is not a clinical service. Reading it does not create a patient relationship, a therapeutic relationship, or any duty of care between you and us. Clinical services are arranged separately and are governed by their own terms.

The Site addresses sexual health explicitly and is written for readers aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children. If you are under 18, please use the Site with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or a qualified health professional.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal data of children.

Our content is written and reviewed by qualified professionals, but individual circumstances vary and what you read may not apply to your situation. Content reflects our understanding at the time of writing and may be superseded as clinical guidance changes.

There is nothing to register for and no login. You do not have to identify yourself to read anything on the Site, and you should not send us clinical details through a public channel such as social media.

You agree to use the Site lawfully. You must not:

• Use the Site in a way that breaches applicable local, national or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting, or any connected system.
• Scrape, crawl or extract data beyond what our robots.txt permits, or in a way that degrades the Site for others.
• Republish our content as your own, or use it to train a model or build a derivative product without our written permission.
• Use the Site to harass any person, or to transmit material that is defamatory or unlawful.

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics and the design of the Site itself, belongs to Willingness Malta or its licensors and is protected by copyright.

You may link to any page, and you may quote brief excerpts for non-commercial purposes provided you credit Sex Clinic Malta by Willingness and link to the original page. Anything beyond that, including reproduction, redistribution, adaptation or commercial use, needs our prior written permission.

The Site links to external websites, including academic sources, social media profiles, and stores where products such as our card game are sold. Those sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Nothing is sold on this Site. Where you follow a link to buy something, the sale is between you and that seller under their terms, and their payment, delivery, cancellation and returns policies apply, not ours.

Some articles embed YouTube videos. These load only after you consent to cookies or choose to load an individual video. Once loaded, your use of that player is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. Our Cookie Policy sets out exactly what that involves.

The Site is provided free of charge and without any service level commitment. We do not guarantee it will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend, withdraw or restrict any part of it for operational reasons without notice.

We may restrict or block access where use breaches these Terms or threatens the security, integrity or availability of the Site. Because there are no accounts, this normally means blocking a network address rather than closing an account.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and current but do not warrant that it is complete, up to date or error-free. Nothing in this section affects statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, including loss of data or business interruption.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, so parts of this section may not apply to you. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

If you use the Site in a commercial capacity and your breach of these Terms results in a third-party claim against us, you agree to indemnify us for the reasonable costs and damages arising from that claim. This clause does not apply to consumers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta and of the European Union, and the Maltese courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU or EEA member state, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

We may update these Terms. Changes are posted on this page with a revised date, and continued use of the Site after they are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, stop using the Site.
