Does “hooking up” count?
Hooking up is a broad term but generally refers to being sexually intimate with someone. This sexual intimacy can range from kissing to full intercourse meaning that the term is used to describe a wide range of intimate acts engaged with someone else. It is common for hook-ups to be planned on dating apps, as research shows that such apps seem to lead to more hook-ups than long term relationships. Hooking up with someone does not mean that there is a monogamous relationship and can even be a one-time occurrence, however respect should always be maintained between those involved.
