I always hear people say ‘swipe right’. What does that mean?

For people using online dating apps, the term 'swipe left' means that the person swiping does not find the other person attractive. Whereas 'swiping right' on someone is a way of telling the other person that they find them attractive and providing an opportunity for communication. These terms have become part of our vocabulary as telling someone that you would 'swipe right' on them is another way to tell them you like them or think they are attractive.
