Are sexual attraction and desire the same thing?
Wanting to have sex with someone is different from wanting a romantic relationship with them. Similarly, it’s important to remember that just as sexual attraction differs from romantic attraction, sexual desire also differs from romantic desire. You can desire a romantic relationship without also desiring sex and vice versa.
