I thought people with disabilities don't need sex?
Many people assume that people with disabilities don't experience sexual desire or fantasies but this is far from the truth. Just like anyone else, people with disabilities can and do enjoy sex. There may be some physical barriers, such as restrictions on mobility, but these can be overcome with some adaptation and creativity.
